Once the brief is clear I coordinate with a qualified consulting arborist for the formal sign off where it is needed, and the report goes in cleanly.

Report work and the tree work itself sit on two separate quotes. That keeps the advice independent — the consulting arborist is not selling the take down, and you do not pay for an opinion that is wrapped into the rigging price.
